Croma A Tata Product - Damaged product delivered and not available

A brand new *.*kg whirlpool washing machine was purchased from Croma retail shop - Mall of India Noida on **.**.**. The agent did not sowed us the unit and told us that it will be same as like *kg which was in the display and insisted that will get delivered to residence address in Mayur Vihar Phase - * delhi. item was delivered on **.**.** and the installation aganet arrived on sunday ***.**.**. upon unpacking the machine we noticed it damaged from the bottom and base is broken. Immediately we called croma A TATA enterprise and informed about the same, they refused to replace and told us the last piece was available. They have to check with the whirlpool about the availability which will take ** days time.
they cheating the customers and making money with selling wrong and damaged items. I could not better recollect that why did agent refused to show it while selling and making customers inconvenient. I dont want to get it repaired as it is brand new machine. now they want me to buy another machine which is not in my budgets. I purchased it along with * years of extended warranty. Kindly help.
