Order product (High Steps Casual Superior Quality Slip-on Loafers Partywear Loafers For Men) on ** February was delivered on ** February with the packaging infact. On opening I found the shoes to be torn and defective so tried raising return for the product as per ** days return policy but couldn't. On ** February reached to customer service they informed due to technical issue they too are not able to raise return for this product but assured me it will be fixed by ** th feb But since then they have been giving me timelines but no resolution every other day they just keep extending the timelines. After one month too they are not able to fix the problem and are not providing me the refund for the product
