I received a damaged ear-pods from Amazon, a month ago. I have returned the item within given period of time and since it was a third party seller I had to go through a lot of trouble to send it. I have contacted the seller and amazon several times but haven't received any response from the seller and Amazon keeps telling they will respond within *-* business days, but so far nothing. amazon is not taking any responsibility for the same. it's their responsibility to take care of the consumer and keep unauthorized third-party sellers away from their site. I hope you will help me get my refund.
