I orderd this laptop * days back with ** days of replacement however when I recieved it, I realised that’s it lagging alot amd processor is very slow so I contracted them where they arranged technician to come and visist. The technician mentioned that the laptop is faulty and suggested me to return however when I contacted them they mentioned that the technician closed the chat and nowhere mentioned that the laptop is faulty and now I am struggling to get this returned. They again assigned me technician but I am not sure if that technician is going to mention what is true. I just need to get this returned
