I have ordered food from khalsa dhaba mohali through zomato, when i recieved it, it was in such a bad condition that even animals wouldn't have eaten it. The packaging was damaged that too in polythene and it was looking so pathatic. I clicked the pictures and contacted zomato but they denied for refund and said we apologies that it won't happen again. I have never expected such a bad service but it happened. I throw the polythene in dustbin with no other choice and lost my money which i paid through credit card.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
