I had placed order of *************** with a game which was used with a damaged box (travel bounce off) and it was supposed to be a gift. The box is damaged and the game is used but swiggy is not accepting replacement. also - on checking with customer care they are saying they have policies by which they can send damaged products and will not offer replacement. On requesting for policy details, they are not sharing policy as its an internal policy

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
