Product was ordered from Samsung online store. It came damaged. Me, my mum, sister call customer service almost every day. They say you'll get a response in maximum of ** hours. It's almost been a month. No steps have been taken to even start the refund/exchange process.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
