Quikr - Damaged Item Received

Hello guys,
I am shravan a ** years student from hyderabad actually the story starts here i was in need of a external hard drive for my laptop so i saved upto **** in * months and decided to buy an old hard drive from quikr so i searched a-lot and found a perfect one for me ( ad id : ********* ) then i decided to purchase it and later i made pre-paid payment as per quikr rules on *-*-**** using paytm ( transaction id: ************ ) later on ** feb ****, **:** pm i received the product later on i checked it at * pm but it was not working at all i thought its data cable issue i went to market and bought a new cable but still it was not working at all next day *-*-**** i tried complaining quikr about damged product they said me to co-operate with seller i tried contacting to seller and his phone is switched off :(.. no answer i am badly stuck now i am a student i can't get huge money for another one i request quikr to help in this issue please sir because i am very badly stuck in this bad situation i have lost all my hopes and i can't do anything now i am not able to respond my big-bro when he asks "where did you used *k money"? i am speechless
