i ordered a jenes and size was not perfect so i exchanged it with my right size but the jenes was torn and tags were also detached. i filed a complaint on myntra but they are saying that item was quality checked before shipping. this is pathetic horrible experience , i dont know what to do. even i uploaded the pics and opted for exchange immediately after delivery.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
