Dear Sir/Madam
With reference to subject, I want to replace the product (Headset) for the reasons mentioned below.
*.I have not received the product in tampered proof condition,the sticker was not there in opening place but availble in some other place.Clearly indicates that some one has opened and return this product already and the same has been packed to me without checking.
*.Micro USB cable which is listed in the box as contents is not availble inside the box.
*.Head set is defective one as one wire is coming out ..
I had a trust with reliance and this is my first experience and it is a worst one.I tried to contact customer care immediately but they said time for today is over and ask me to call tomorrow..
One reason for return itself is not appreciable but I am having three reason for return without even start of using the product.Application is also not user friendly for return of the product..
Please find the attached photographs..I am not only expecting express replacement for the product and also compensation for this,because if the customer returned product is sending back to another customer without checking,there is a process lapse..
Ask one of the senior person to call me regarding this
