Nobroker - Damaged goods received while transferring goods via Nobroker

This is regarding the household goods movement from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar, that was requested on my behalf by my brother.
--The service was clearly booked for delivery and installation of products, on the *nd floor at the delivery destination. However, the delivery team initially refused to place the products on the *nd floor and so we rejected the goods receipt.
--After a marathon list of calls with the Nobroker team (which my brother had to do as there was no cooperation from the RM at Hyderabad), the delivery team returned and carried the goods to the *nd floor.
However, they neither agreed to refit the relevant products nor unpackaged the goods, thereby leaving without inspecting the delivered goods.
--As we tried to put a case with Nobroker team to address the unpackaging issue before doing final payment, we were routed to talk to the delivery partner who demonstrated a baleful tone - threatening to enter my aged parents house and take back products forcefully.
-- Later while while unpackaging the goods, we found that the exercise cycle, computer chair, computer table and one of the dining chairs were damaged/broken.
--The Nobroker team has had no sense of ownership after follow-ups over email.
