Nobroker - Damaged Goods and harassment by Nobroker Movers

Nobroker assigned packers and movers team who were *rd party vendors. They came > * hours later than promised. Though Nobroker promised professional folks the many in their team that came were too slow or couldn't pack things properly. The result of that was a damaged microwave worth (> ***** inr) and bend Copper pipes which as per their technician estmate will cost me **** INR. Apart from these many of my furniture needs repairing, repainting as it was damaged. To make matters worse, when I contested the need to pay the vendor having suffered the damages, I was threatened with consequences if payment was not completed in * minutes by the movers team while being inside my home. I was also asked to tip them. During all of these the movement manager from Nobroker ould not be reached though I tried informing them over email and calls.

After multiple follow ups over email and calls, I am promised a paltry amount < ****, which in no way accounts for the losses
