Deepali singh filed complaint against Nykaa on Nov 19, 2025
I ordered Dior lip balm and Dior blush stick worth *,*** from Nykaa.
Both products arrived cracked and damaged, which is completely unacceptable for luxury items. I immediately raised a return request and shared clear pictures showing the cracks.
Instead of resolving the issue, Nykaa denied my return, claiming I "return too much." This has NOTHING to do with this order - Dior products arrived broken, and this is a genuine issue.
What makes it worse is:
• Customer care keeps repeating the same robotic line:
"We've checked our records, the items were shipped correctly." They don't even acknowledge the visible damage in the photos.
• They asked for the products in one frame, I sent that too, still no resolution.
• No proper email response, no escalation, no accountability.
• They completely refuse to accept their mistake even with proof.
This is not customer service - this is carelessness, dishonesty, and blaming the customer instead of fixing a genuine issue.
Nykaa has stopped responding now, even though this is a *,*** luxury purchase. I feel cheated. This is not customer service - this is carelessness, dishonesty, and blaming the customer instead of fixing a genuine issue.

I feel cheated, disrespected, and ignored.
I demand:
*. Immediate acceptance of return,
*. Full refund,
*. And proper accountability from Nykaa for delivering DAMAGED Dior products and then refusing to resolve the issue.
I'm tired of repeating the same things to Nykaa while they copy-paste the same useless reply. This needs attention, and I hope this complaint helps others understand how Nykaa treats customers.
