We traveled from jaisalmer to bangalore on **th November **** with PNR number DYU*FZ via connecting flight from Delhi. The baggage was held back in Delhi and for which complaint was also raised and reference number is BLRSG*******M,
We received the baggage on **th November **** with both the baggages being damaged. One trolley bottom has crack of * to * inch and other bags wheel is completely broken. The materials inside those bags are damaged which costs around *-* k
