In a flight from Srinagar to Delhi on **rd September, our bag(marked as fragile) was completely spoiled and we lost some of our valuable items too. We were assured that we will be fairly compensated and their team will reach out to us but despite multiple customer care complaint calls and emails, no response. This has caused us a huge emotional and monetary loss. The bag was a gift from my mom and costed us *.*K. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. Spicejet is worst airline ever!
