I was traveling from Dubai to Indore in Air India express, arrived at Indore on **th April **** at **pm
As soon as I collected my check in luggage I saw my new bag was broken the wheel and the part where it's attached to the bag is completely broken.
The ground report team didn't even give me a PIR form to file. And told me to file a complaint online, but when I went online no such contact information was mentioned. So basically I'm stuck now.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
