Sahaya Lenin filed complaint against Amazon Online Shoping on Nov 21, 2018
I purchased Bosch wak*****in model front load washing machine by exchanging my old working IFB machine on **nd Nov ****.
The machine had timer display issue as well as rust marks and scratches on the body.That was Immediately reported to Amazon customer care.
I demanded for Replacement as i don't have standby for my routine washing. Moreover it takes almost * weeks time for installation.
They negotiated even with a lot of pleads. Not caring my own problems. They compelled me to go for return with whole lot of postponing and false promises to delay the return process.
They told me that there is no item in the stock but clearly there were the item in the stock. I quoted everything and taken snapshots also. No use and no care.
Finally i forced to return my product on **th Nov through the technician even when I was not in home. My ** year child was there.
Till now i didn't get my refund even with urgent request through customer care. Hence i couldn't go for new purchase to avail offers.
Hence by considering the mental depression, customer care negligence and the looses faced from my end, i strongly file case against Amazon through customer protection act so that this won't happen to others also expect the compensation for the damages caused to me. Need you help.
