I purchased brand new AC (LG) from Snehanjali stores Add: * Gaurav Heena heights, s v road Kandivali West Mumbai ****** on **/**/**** delivered on **/**/****. When the ac was installed on */**/**** it was not cooling. Hence they called their own technician. Since he could not resolve they made another visit next day followed by a technician from LG company. Reason provided that compressor is faulty. Unable to resolve they are just delaying by wasting time.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
