I have bought a VOLTAS *.* ton * star inverter split AC from Flipkart which has added the installation service through Jeeves by force without giving me a chance to give my consent. The day of installation was delayed by * days and during installation, Jeeves engineer broken my back plate of indoor unit. To which when I raised the issue, he behaved rudely and in irresponsible manner saying "it happens". That incident led to water leakage from the indoor unit from next day only. When I raised the issue with the concerned Jeeves engineer again, the concerned person stopped picking up my phone. And since the day of installation ** th June **** and the day **th June ** problem started, I am just banging my head here and there with Jeeves, flipkart and voltas to get this fixed but to no use. Atlast Voltas enginner came on **th June to inspect the problem and left by saying that voltas will not fix this issue as it was installed by third party and it is their responsibility till ** days from the purchase to fix these issues in relation to the warranty. And all this is not written anywhere in the documents provided to me. Amazing thing is that such big companies are acting like dictators in a democratic country ie., our beloved country "INDIA". And now Neither flipkart not Jeeves is responding to my grievance. It's really disappointing and sheer nonsense that I bought a brand new voltas ac which was installed by the voltas and flipkart authorised agency which got damaged during installation and just ** days of installation and within the warranty period
I don't understand how can such big renowned companies like flipkart, voltas or Jeeves can turn their faces from their responsibility and accountability.
These companies have really made me hopeless. I would recommend everyone not to buy any electronic appliances from Flipkart.
