My wife had purchased these shoes as a birthday gift from Lifestyle stores located in Mantri Mall, Bangalore on **th November **** at a discounted price (see attached receipt). These shoes are not even one month old of purchase and it has started to peel off. I really doubt the authenticity of these shoes based on the store located in Lifestyle stores and beyond my imagination that these shoes are worn out within a month of purchase. I had raised this complaint with Lifestyle stores and they straight away declined stating this cannot be replaced as its a “Physical damage”. I am a working professional and I know how to wear these shoes and didn’t expect to worn out so soon and that too of such a reputed brand!
