i purchased samsung level u bluetooth earphone from flipkart on **oct**** .
**jan**** i found the left side ear not working properly so i went to the Samsung customer service center they told me the earphone is damaged it's fix by feviquick so we cannot replace it . then i call to customer care they said that our policy is only for **days we don't replace it but i explain that this is minor damge which i not recognize at the delivery time and also at this not recognize to they not resolve my concern.
then i said that how i check my product when i purchased that the product is damage.or not then they said that check colour product are in working not any dent in product . i explain that all things i do but this concern is not that type but they disconnect the call.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
