The mobile overheating after a call was done, heated up even more after connecting charger and as well there were some previous customer images loaded into the phone. Also, the user interface looks like KitKat, the gorilla glass is not smooth for touch and viewing because I had used a gorilla glass with both performance and look.
Tired, exhausted, depressed after communicating with Flipkart a dozen times every day. Please, Flipkart gives me a refund to my bank account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
