Whirlpool - damage fridge

Sir,
I am Sri Kartick Mondal, a resident of Vill- Adilpur, PO - Akui, PS - Indas, Dist.- Bankura, Pin - ******. I have purchased on **.**.**** from Biswakarma Electronics, Sahaspur, Bankura, Prop - Sri Suvashish Dey, Mob - ********** a Whirlpool *** Ltr fridge, Model No.- *********IMPC ROY **, Color - Flower Rain, SL No.- INC********* on **.**.****.

After Purchase I find that water is leaking from deep fridge by passing whole body and overflow outside the fridge and also the door and outside surface of fridge is getting wet due to constant leaking. I am in tension and not able to use the fridge purchased from my hard earned money. I call many times to the dealer Mr Suvashish Dey but he not responding to my cry. and also bad behaviour from him. I am disappointed very much. Then I call Your Service Center whose request number is DUR***********. Then your technician arrive but he not able to solve the problem instead saying not problem in my fridge. Again I call in your service center *nd time whoise reqquest number is DUR*********** but the man arrives and says that its a natural process. But i very disappointed very much what a big company and no cooperation. so paray to your for quick solve my problem and replace my fridge.

Kindly replace my fridge as soon as and save me and also take stern action against the Suvashish Dey prop of Biswakarma Electronics, Mob - **********.
