Croma A Tata Product - damage box accesories missing from it

The outer covering of the plastic in online order was all good so I accepted the package from delivery boy. But the box inside it was of smart watch which was not seal packed, also the box was damaged. When I opend the box I found that the display of the watch was scrached by the sides and the charging cable was also missing from the box. I immediately call on coustomer care and raised the complain against it also I mailed them with the photos of the box. and i also visited the nearby croma store, but none were helpfull to me. store executive tells its a online problem so we cant help you and in mail they just said that our team will contact with you within **hrs its more than **hrs they are not contacting me nor they are replying me properly.
