Hi am One of the customers of Hathway,
i spoke to hathway executive on phone many times, no one is properly responding and disconnecting the calls,
One executive form hathway told me to pay the modem amount, i payed the amount and now the executives are telling that is a * months charge, and now they asking again to pay **** for the modem, they are daily harrsing me with the calls, and they are telling legal notice will be filed, am attaching the emails which i got after paying the amount, Hatway is the biggest internet fraud happening and harrasing the customers even if they dont want any connection,
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
