Urban Ladder - Customers cheating

I have purchased sofa online from urban ladder on **.**.**** by paying Rs.***** and delivery date was **.**.**** for the same they have sent me confirmation mail and text message , but on delivery date urban ladder called me and told the product cant be delivered due to their technical error the product was sold at lesser price , i called many times and sent an email to urban ladder saying after taking my money and keeping it with them for ** - ** days and at the time of delivery giving excuses is not acceptable and for the same grievance is informed to consumer forum.
