I spoke to one of your Customer support agent named (Adhya Singh). The behavior of the agent on the call was so rude. I was initially upset that I had received incorrect items in my order. She is questioning me rudely. And is behaving like she runs swiggy. I can never tolerate this kind of behavior. I want this to be escalated at the highest right away and want her to be removed off the system.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
