This is regarding Goibibo booking id HTLEPDMLGX
I’ve checked out from this hotel & I want to say that GOIBIBO has completely mislead me by saying that this is a * star property.
No mobile network in the room provided & no WiFi reception, so when we were in the room, we were completely disconnected from outside world.
The bathroom was very small & there was no exhaust in it & when we complained about this, guy from the front desk told that this is one of the few rooms with no exhaust & when we requested for room change, they simply denied it.
Malfunctioning bathroom door & it’s lock.
Dirt & seepage stains all over the room walls & even on the bed. Check pics attached.
Provided room was on ground floor & nearest to hotel genset.
Refrigerator was not working in the room.
Guy name Vinay from front desk know that we are facing difficulty in the room provided but has not provided any solution.
Hotel room service was so pathetic that we need to call so many times for a single other thing & received very slow or no service after that many calls.
We’ve done the booking with * guests but GOBIBO sent voucher only for two guests & so the hotel guys specifically Ms. Supriya took this as a opportunity to charge extra.
She simply ignored all the faults in the room provided & complaints made by us.
They’ve charged ₹**** for extra person. It was not our fault but the GOIBIBO’s. Receipt attached.

There are some facilities and Services Required for * Start Hotel Classification & many thing in this are not there in this hotel. A * star hotel requires to have : Bedrooms, & Bathroom requires fully serviced daily with all floor surfaces clean and in good shape. When we checked in, it was sand all over in the bathroom shower area.
All category hotels to provide one sealed bottle of branded bottled per person per day on a complimentary basis. If they were about to charge for that extra person, why they’ve not provided * bottles instead of *.
A USB charger near bedside. It was there but again not working.
No ** hours Multi-Cuisine Restaurant with Coffee Shop.
Not working Refrigerator.
Wardrobe with a minimum of * clothes hangers per bedding not there.
Minimum size of bathroom standard not met.
Minimum of * Bath Towel and * Hand towel to be provided per guest. Not provided.
This list will not end as this is not at all a * star property.

I’ve booked this place as this was shown as a * star property & as a customer I’ve not provided what I’ve paid for. Room provided to me is room no. *** & it’s my request to Goibibo, please get its condition checked.
This booking has totally ruined my holiday experience & this is not the service I’ve expected from such a reputed company, GOIBIBO & they should’ve remove this hotel from their portal or lower down its star category so that any other person will not get fooled or misguided like me.
I want complete refund of ₹**,***(****+****) ASAP.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
