Shopclues - Customer details leaking issue

Shopclues person calling me and sending fake tickets to my home address. They are asking for money and speaking nonsense. It all wasting my time as they are calling me frequently and mentally torcher me. I am sending you a copy of the ticket. Please look into this issue.
