Zepto - Customer care said weve received all the items but we haven t

We ordered pur first order from zepto on */*/** and the person delivered the items incomplete. We have contacted zepto's customer care so many times, left messages, called them....but no results. I wrote ma mails but zepto wont take its responsibility.
We dont care about the rider partners nor about anything. I ordered from zepto and it didn't deliever.
Intact we returned an item and even haven't got refund for it.
That's awful and shameful thing to do.
