CROMA sold a laptop without waranty, they have promised for * year waranty from the date of purchase. I have got a problem after * months, I have submitted that laptop to the CROMA bangalore center but they sent that to HP service center but another TVS computer parts came in middle and they sent a qutoation for *****. While submitting there is no physical damage for for the computer i have a video proof. But that service center is saying they need to replace an entire laptop screen.
I have * issues with croma:
*) They have sold a laptop without waranty.
Proof I have checked with HP laptop company and they confirmed that there is no waranty/expired. I raised a service ticket to HP with my invoice to update the waranty.
*) As HP told waranty is not there/expired now the problem with the laptop occured due to waranty expired product or service center is charging more money without any reason.
I have a video proof there is no physical damage before submitting the laptop to croma.
