Dhatri filed complaint against Indigo Airlines on May 21, 2020
I have booked my indigo flight Ahmedabad to Kolkata, dt **-**-**** using goibibo application. My flight suffered Covid cancellation. As the flight booking has been resumed for the flights, I would like to book my tickets now. I'm unable to redeem my credit shell balance on goibibo application.
The indigo website states that I have booked through an third party application, so they are not allowing me to redeem my credit shell balance either.
I tried booking from the goibibo application n indigo's official website but I can't redeem my credit shell balance. I need to book my flight urgently as I am Stucked here in lockdown. Please take necessary steps as early as possible. Assist me please.
