I am using desktop version and same details while making a new booking with Goibibo against my flight that they cancelled. They gave me credit under credit shell but they are not giving any option to use the same While making a new booking. I am filling the same steps they have provided on their website and also in their pinned tweet.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
