Goibibo - Credit shell enabled but credit shell option not showing in my trips

My flight with goibibo got cancelled due to covid. We were to travel from **th april to **th april ****. We had done bookings for both going and arrival. Now the refund was made for both the bookings. Goibibo support shows that credit shell is generated for both the bookings. But only one credit shell is showing. Other is not visible. We wrote so many times, no one is responding. No one is picking up the calls. Even the links they send for both refunds open the same credit shell. There is no mention of the other credit shell.
