I am writing to formally escalate my unresolved issue regarding the credit note of Rs. *,***, which I reported on **th December ****. As of today, I have not received any update or resolution. My complaint reference number has also been closed twice without any clarification, which is highly disappointing.
Despite following up with customer care multiple times, I have only been assured that the issue will be resolved “as soon as possible,” yet no action has been taken for almost ** days. This is contrary to the company’s commitment of resolving customer issues within * working days.
This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience, and this is now my repeated attempt to get the matter addressed. I request you to kindly treat this as a priority escalation and provide a clear update or final resolution at the earliest.
