i have purchase mobile by Axis bank my Zone C month of March **** in EMI, but same month i have discussion with costumer care and cancel mobile bill EMI. And I have pay fully payment April month **** my zone credit card bill payment (include mobile purchase amount *****)
But bank next month credit card bill mobile purchase amount convert in EMI.
I have call many time costumer care person, they talk solve your problem five to seven days.
But past ** months’ same massage talk axis bank costumer care person, my problem not solve and also bank continuous generate mobile purchase amount in EMI bill.
So please look this matter, all credit card bill and mobile bill payment bank details available.
