I have * credit cards of Axis Bank and I trusted Axis Bank. Due to emergency I have to use credit card and I paid it on time before. Due to lock down I lost my job so didn't able to pay and applied for moratorium. But still they are charging so heavily on my both the cards and it's just double of the limit which I guess not able to pay. In such case what a customer can do. I guess I advice everyone not to use credit cards if such fraudulent charges will be levied.
