i got a call from rbl credit card team in the month of july **** they offered me a credit card, i was not that interested but they said it has zero processing fee no monthly, quarterly, half yearly charges only i have to pay if i use it.
received card (card number **** **** **** ****) i haven't activated the pin yet but to my surprise they sent me a message on **th august to pay ****.** inr i wrote an email to them with sms screen print they gave me call and said that it is processing fee then i said it was not informed to me… i told them to listen to call recording were their agent spoke to me and gave all zero processing fee promises.
they raised a ticket and said they will waive off the amount and i don’t need to pay i have asked them bill statement which they have not sent to me till date
still i keep on receiving sms for payment and i am sending them emails but no one responding to my emails - not sure what should to do hence raising this request, please help me
