Rbl Credit Card - Credit card fraud charges for I didn't spend

I was offered a Super Credit card from RBL. Its executive promises me so many things incl waived off annual charges if billing exceeds a certain amount in six months. No delay charges. I observed it all turns blah blah blah. I have received a bill for included of an amount against shopping made on Net. I immediately contacted customer care and send email in this regard. Nothing happened and RBL asked me to pay the whole amount.
After two/three months I stopped using that card but still getting a bill which has a new purchase.
RBL keep sending me the bill and doing follow up for payment. I failed to understand why should I pay for which I didn't spend.
