Vijay sales - Credit card cash back not received

Dear team ,
I have purchased refrigerator and water purifier in the month of October and they told me the cost of the fridge is ***** and water purifier is ***** they everything ***** and **** amount of emi is getting deducted they told me it's a no cost emi so the interest which has been charged will be given as cash back then I have called the customer care they told me cash back will be getting to credit card between **-*** days already *** days are over till now I havent received the cash back when I asked the merchant Vijay sales they are not giving proper response this kind of behaviour is ridiculous and they are just making the customer turn around kindly look into the issue and credit my cash back or else I will even complaint this compliant in social media for this reckless behaviour
It's not about the money it's the behaviour u treat with customer they are just ignoring when I ask for cash back
