Kamlesh Panchal filed complaint against Vijay Sales on Oct 4, 2025
Due to system issue at Vijay Sales end, they provided original invoice with incorrect billing address. When requested their Store Manager (Manjalpur, Vadodara), store manager verbally committed in presence of Ravi Shah, sales person who sold me Sony ** inch tv to resolve this issue and provide me original invoice with correct billing address within * days from **th Sept. The issue is still not resolved and store manager does not come on call and asks email.
