Hi, I had ordered * iphones for my family and myself, because of * reasons:
(a) I had received a salary increase, so wanted to celebrate that
(b) I also wanted to achieve my Credit Card Milestones.
Orders were placed on **rd May, ****, with Phone Number: ********** and Order Nos: **********, **********, **********, **********.
Vijay Sales cancelled * of my orders with * iphones (**********, **********, **********), citing that these are reseller / dealer orders and deducted a total of (*,*****) = Rs. *,*** in my refund. This was not a dealer order. This was a gift. The website explicitly states, "Refund of bookings by customers for individual use or gifting purposes will not be impacted by Vijay Sales."
Additionally, my order of the remaining * iphones in Order #********** - has still not been fulfilled, and the delivery date keeps getting pushed everyday from **th May to **th May now. I have asked for a cancellation since with full refund its been delayed, but no response.
I have sent an email to onlinesupport@vijaysales.com, raised over Twitter and Linkedin, but the company has not been responsive or been cognizant of both pending orders and the refund deduction. This is completely anti-consumer, since the company's offline store "Vijay Sales, Miyapur, Hyderabad", was ready to sell even ** phones offline. I expect a full refund for all * of my phones (Rs. *,*** deducted for the first * phones and Rs. *,**,*** for the last * phones).
The company has been built on harassment tactics and has decided to not help at all.
