Rbl Credit Card - credit card bill generation of RBL with out uitilization

I had transfer of money from my rbl credit card to sbi saving account on august''**** of *****, but the amount not credited to my saving account,so i kept quite,but after one month(sep''**) rbl send the bill of ****inr of credit card to pay the amount as emi monthly bill,as i selected monthly emi while transfering the amount to my saving account,but how can i pay as the amount as amount not credited to my saving account,So please look into this matter & doneedfully on top priority...
