I had booked my air ticket from Bangalore to Aberdeen , UK via BA under the above reference. I had travelled on *th March **** to Aberdeen and my return was booked for May *th. But due to the Covid** pandemic and lockdown, the flights were cancelled.
As there was no indication on resumption of flights, I was forced to take Air India repatriation flight , paying double the fare and returned to India on **/*/****.
Since then I have been following up for refund .
I am not able to contact Goibibo office telephone or emails. It is all recorded message and auto reply. I would like to have my refund at the earliest.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
