I had booked a flight for **nd March **** from Toronto to New Delhi. Take off was **nd march **** *pm. Landing **rd march **.**pm at New delhi. The flight was cancelled by Air India due to the Govt covid policy and international flight landing a d departures came to a hault. The flight number is AI**.
Eticket numbers Covid flight cancellation- ************* and *************.
I have been sending emails to air india ecommerce and calling air india customer service since March **th. I am currently pregnant and wont be able to travel this year or next year. I have asked for the refund multiple times as it is around ****.* cad( INR ******.**). There has been no response from Air india except long waiting calls, holds, cutting the call after getting connected to Air India or false promises. It's been *months and this is very frustrating. I request air india to initiate a full refund immediately.
