Professional Couriers - Courier parcel not delivered

CH AMARNATH filed complaint against Professional Couriers on Sep 23, 2020

My parcel sent from Bangalore on **.**.**** with number HRD******** reached Kasaragod office on **.**.****. There my delivery address was given very clearly. In spite of this the concerned person from the Kasaragod Office called me over the phone and asked me to collect the parcel from the Kasaragod office and rejected my request to deliver the parcel at the given address or at least come to the near road side. Moreover the given house address is with in the town limit (within * kms). Even on Monday **.**.**** also the parcel was not delivered to me. Instead they returned the parcel to the same Bangalore address. As per the details available from their web site the parcel reached Bangalore on ** Sep **** and delivered to the sender on ** Sep ****. But till ** Sep **** he has not received the parcel.
