Dtdc Couriers And Cargo - Courier package not delivered

I have booked courier (house plan approval documents) to orathanad from chennai by **/**/**** and still the courier is not delivered. Without get in touch with the receiver the status was updated on **/**/**** as "Not Delivered due to receiver refused delivery", but courier company has not contacted the receiver. When i asked to return the package to sender(to me) by nov **nd and i didn't get the package too. when checked with the courier they gave contact of kumar the responsible person it seems, from him too I'm not getting any valid response. package booked on **th nov, still it's not delivered or returned to me(today *th dec). some here take this as serious issue, it brought me bad thought about dtdc courier and i will never use their service. I was mentally disturbed since the package has approval document and because of their delay my loan is in swing status.
