I have transferred a smartphone to Bangalore by DTDC courier services but unfortunately, the receiver didn’t receive the parcel. Hence it was returning back to its origin that is Mohali (Punjab). Today parcel returned back to Mohali but it was already opened and the smartphone was missing, when I asked the person who was at the office he told me that your phone is stolen. Is this the way how DTDC works. Actually, it’s clearly a fraud done by DTDC team in between Mohali to Bangalore. I refused to take the delivery back because the phone costs ***** for a new one and if I receive delivery then how could anyone believe that the parcel was already opened. I am going to file a case against DTDC in court if my problem is not resolved. And well done DTDC for treating your customers like this.
