Dtdc Couriers And Cargo - Courier not received

Sir,
We have not received the courier sent by ap food processing society, Nagarjuna Nagar, Sri Ramachandra Nagar, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh-****** on the dated **/**/****. It was not delivered to me (Delivery address muralikrishna reddy, d.NO-*-**, boosipalli village, tethepalli post, puthalapattu Mandal, Chittoor district-****** docket number is h********. I enquired on **/**/**** at their dtdc buchisetty veedi branch at Chittoor, those people were told to me that they did not receive at Chittoor branch, but in online it has shown as received to Chittoor branch and it was delivered. A lot of times I asked for Chittoor branch people they were told to me that they do not receive by buchisetty branch, finally they are given to mobile number ********** (Mr.Govinarajulu district in charge) lot times call to him he did not lift my phone call. Finally, he received my phone on **/**/**** and he told to me send docket details, I will check it but still, the date he doesn't call to me and don't pick my call (I am trying to call regularly). Again I went to buchisetty branch Chittoor they will be given another number Mr. thulasiram **********, he lifted my call takes my docket details and told to send the complaint to customer care mail. Simultaneously, I go to AP food processing society and personally requested them to give another copy, they told me that it was not possible. The dispatched letter is not returned enquired at dtdc courier only.
