Professional Courier - Courier LDH700054992 not received

My shipment id is LDH*********. I courier one packet(zara leather jacket mens) from Ludhiana to Bangalore on **/**/****.
But i still didn't get my pkg in Bangalore. When I tracking the shipment it showing status "Despatched to Bengaluru" and last update is **/**/****.
When i talk to Bangalore customer care they said I did not get the pkg, Please talk to Ludhiana Customer Care.
When i was talk to Ludhiana CC around month ago.CC given the manager number and said please talk to them. When i talk to Ludhiana manager, he said the pkg is miss place and i will give the update in next one two days.
He said same *-* times when i called him. After that he stop picking my call.
